Swansea Ramblers attended the Life begins at 50 event at the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea.
There were many exhibitors offering things of interest to the over 50s.
Viv Davies, our publicity officer, together with Zetta, Andrew, Roger and Vernon were on hand to explain to people the benefits of walking for better health and quality of life.
The event was well attended with people coming up for information on walking.
