Swansea Ramblers met in Ilston then walked onto Clyne Common.
We made our way through Manselfield and Bishopston on our way to Kittle.
A short walk along the A4118 brought us to the path into Ilston Valley where we headed north to the church.
We then followed the path to Moorlakes where our Path Maintenance Team recently installed a new bridge.
We walked the perimeter of the airport to cross and walk on Blackhills Lane.
We then rejoined Clyne Common for the final leg back to Newton.
Afterwards we enjoyed refreshments at the Newton Inn.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
