Swansea Ramblers met by Candleston Castle to walk through the nature reserve of Merthyr Mawr Dunes on our way to Porthcawl.
We had sunny weather but a sea mist obscured views across the Bristol Channel.
We stopped for a break overlooking Sandy Bay then returned via Newton.
Afterwards, we went to the Twelve Knights Pub in Margam.
