Swansea Ramblers

Coast path and Mumbles Hill

A 3.5-mile evening walk

27th May 2025

Leader: Alison Broady

Swansea Ramblers braved the earlier rain to go on an evening walk which remained dry for the entire walk.

We started at Langland Corner and walked the coast path to Bracelet.

We then ascended Mumbles Hill for a great view of the Lighthouse and over Swansea Bay.

We then passed Mumbles Cricket Club to access the clifftop path above the coast path.

We returned to the start and drove to the Woodman Inn at Blackpill for refreshments and a social.

Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.

Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.

Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
- Come with Swansea Ramblers!

If you'd like to try a Swansea walk then do come along and find out what the great outdoors is all about.

It won't cost you anything to come along and see if walking is for you.
You'll be very welcome to join us for three free walks.

But it stayed dry all through the walk

At the top, we had a panorama over Swansea Bay

Which looked gloomy after all the rain

But this had our 'seal' of approval!
