Swansea Ramblers led a 'Taste of Gower' walk from the National Trust car park at Penmaen.
We braved the damp weather to walk down to Three Cliffs Bay which was partially hidden in the mist.
We then followed the river upstream to Parkmill.
Stopping at the Heritage Centre to drink our coffee, we then ascended into Green Cwm and past the burial chamber.
A gradual climb brought us to the base of Cefn Bryn.
We then descended back to the start.
After the walk, we made our way to The Gower Inn for refreahments.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
