Swansea Ramblers got together for an evening walk starting at The Plough and Harrow in Llansamlet.
We walked to the back of Llansamlet Church where a little-known path led us to the Swansea Vale Nature Reserve.
The path through the reserve led north to the road where, following the Fendrod Stream, we passed a pond and headed parallel with the railway line to the back of Tregof Village.
Meeting some Shetland Ponies, we continued along an old tramay then returned to the nature reserve.
once back at the Plough, we sat outside to enjoy refreshments and a chat.
Another enjoyable evening out with Swansea Ramblers.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
