Swansea Ramblers Walk

Mynydd Lluast

A 4-mile Wednesday walk with 360 degree views

10th January 2024

Leader: Mike Clarke

Swansea Ramblers had a weekday short walk from Craig Cefn Parc which ascended Tor Clawdd.   We had 360 degree views from the Trig Point.   We could see Whiteford Point, Port Talbot and Fan Gyrhirych all from the same place.

The weather was sunny but very cold.   In places the ground was frozen.

We circled around Death-Ray Matthews home then made out descent looking down the valley to the sea.   Afterwards, we enjoyed refreshments in the New Inn and met a couple of ladies who were interested in joining the group.

Another great walk with Swansea Ramblers!

Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.

Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.

Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
