Swansea Ramblers visited The Vale of Glamorgan and The Heritage Coast.
We were joined by some of our fellow Ramblers from the Taf Ely Group.
The walk began from the car park at the Nash Lighthouses then followed the Wales Coast Path eastward to St. Donat's.
There was a tea stop on the foreshore by St. Donat's then circled around to the 11th Century Church where we had lunch.
We then followed some inland paths across fields.
We found that two rotten stiles had been replaced by gates after we had contacted the council last year about them.
After the walk, we went to Monknash where we had refreshments at The Plough and Harrow.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
