Swansea Ramblers travelled to Three Crosses for another in our series of midweek evening walks.
We visited the community woodland where we saw the recent carvings of animals then crossed the common to Dunvant.
We began the return to Three Crosses by following a path through the old colliery workings of which Mike provided some history.
We then joined The Gower Way to return to Three Crosses.
Afterwards, we went to The Poundffald Inn for refreshments and to enjoy a social get together.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
