Swansea Ramblers went to Pyle Corner in Bishopston to begin another in our series of evening walks which give people an introduction to walking with us.
We walked down to Brandy Cove then followed the coast path west to Pwlldu.
On the way, we saw the Mumbles Lifeboat practising just off the shore at Pwlldu.
We stopped for a tea break on the beach then ascended to the high path into fields and followed the single-track road back to Pyle Corner.
The walk over, we went to The Plough and Harrow in Murton for refreshments.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
