Swansea Ramblers had another of their Monday short walks that new walkers may like to try out.
We started at the playing fields at Penclawdd and ascended to Mount Hermon Chapel where the views along the estuary could be seen.
We continued to ascend the hill above Penclawdd for even better views and crossed the site of the old Penygaer Hill fort.
We then descended the Llanmorlais Valley with even more views.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
