Mike and Joanna led us on a walk through the nature reserve. Just as we started, a heavy shower of rain fell! Reaching the beach, we turned east and stopped for lunch overlooking the place where the Mumbles Lifeboat came ashore after the disaster of 1947. We then went inland, past the historic Sker House and across the golf course. We made our way back through farmland.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
