Swansea Ramblers Walk
North Gower Coast and Valleys
11th August 2012
Leader: Bob Denley
Bob Denley led us on another of his excellent walks. We explored the countryside of North Gower from Llanrhidian to Leason and along the coast path to Landimore.
At Cheriton Pill we looked at the stepping stones on the coast path. Swansea Ramblers had donated funds to help with their construction.
The return journey started at Cheriton and went inland to Stembridge. The walk descended again to the coast path for the final leg that saw us enjoying refreshments in the Dolphin Inn at Llanrhidian.
Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities.
Try an easy walk of 2-3 hours or our longer strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker.
Maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people?
- Come with Swansea Ramblers!
