Coffee stop in Ilston Woods
Entering Bishopston valley from Kittle
It's pretty rough underfoot
Merfyn leads the group down the valley
The bridge over the valley stream is a good spot for a group photo
Emerging from the valley, we arrive at Pwlldu Bay where we stop for refreshments
Then we climb the hill to Pennard Farm
At the top we admire this wonderful view of Pwlldu Bay
We return along the cliffs to our starting point at Southgate
