Swansea Ramblers Walk
2nd April 2016
Leader: Andrew Morgan
Swansea Ramblers walk all over South wales and beyond. Today we travelled to Carmarthenshire for a lovely walk with some of the best coastal views NOT included on the Wales Coast Path. Unfortunately there was a bit of rain and a lot of mud but we had our wet weather gear and enjoyed a varied walk through coast and country. Swansea Ramblers offer a range of walks for most abilities from the long strenuous mountain walks for the experienced walker to the short, easy lowland walks where maybe you'd like to explore walking for the first time with a friendly group of people. If you'd like to try a walk then do come along and find out what all this Swansea Walking in the great outdoors is all about. It won't cost you anything to come along and see if walking is for you. If you get the bug and want to walk or stroll regularly then you can also become a member. Just ask us about the walks and social events we do when you join us for a Swansea Walk.

Unfortunately it was a bit wet today!
Ascending the hillside above Ferryside
One of the best parts of the coast path
NOT on the Wales Coast Path
Yes! A bit wet!
Plenty of water flowing
And a bit of mud about
Carmarthenshire council reinstated this path and built a bridge
after we advised them the path was unusable
Always let them know when there's a path problem
Hmm! That's going to take a bit of washing later!
How's the middle one so clean?
Last of the mud
Glad to walk the mudless road for a change!
