Swansea Ramblers Walk

Dynevor Bluebells

12th May 2013

Leader: Myra Lewis & Gail Allen

Gail and Myra took us throught the historic parkland of the National Trust Estate at Dynevor (Dinefwr).  The bluebells were out and we had a magnificent swathe of blue under the trees.  Unfortunately it rained but that didn't dampen our spirits.  We visited the old castle and sheltered in the dry to eat our lunch.  Afterwards, we went to The White Horse in Llandeilo for refreshments and to socialise some more.  If you'd like to try a walk then do come along and find out what all this Swansea Walking in the great outdoors is all about.  It won't cost you anything to come along and see if walking is for you.  If you get the bug and want to walk or stroll regularly then you can also become a member.  Just ask us about the walks we do when you join us for a Swansea Walk.
