Swansea Ramblers Walk

Pub Lunch at Parkmill

- with a walk thrown in as well

26th January 2013

Leader: Bob Denley

Bob led us on a walk through the woods in Parkmill, starting at the Gower Inn, past Shepherds and Parkmill Heritage Centre and up to Green Cwm.  We turned right to go behind the Celtic spring, now a Welsh Water pumping Station and climbed Willoxton Cwm to reach Lunnon.  It was a bit too muddy to descend to Ilston Cwm so we took the path down to Parkmill and back along the road.  We were joined yet again by new walkers who wanted to do some walking.  If you'd like to try a walk then do come along and find out what all this Swansea Walking in the great outdoors is all about.  It won't cost you anything to come along and see if walking is for you.  If you get the bug and want to walk or stroll regularly then you can also become a member.  Just ask us about the walks we do when you join us for a Swansea Walk.
